Primary filter cotton

The first-time filter cotton is thin and thick. The thin is 1-8mm of the acupuncture process and 0.5-8cm thick of the hot air process. It is economical and practical, with low initial resistance, high dust capacity, elasticity, safety and environmental protection, and easy to use. This series of products are mainly used for prefiltration of the purification system. It is the most commonly used and most commonly used filtration materials for air purification and filtration. It mainly filters ≥5μm particle dust and suspended matter in the atmosphere.

Type:

Conditions of use:

Temperature: -10~100°C, humidity: ≤80%, micro-acid air filtration, non-flammable, automatic extinguishing meets the flame retardant standard of DIN53438: F1.

Service life:

Under the condition of rated air volume, it can be used normally for 1 to 2 months, that is, the filter cotton needs to be replaced; or when the resistance of the filter cotton reaches more than 200Pa, the filter cotton must be replaced. If the filter cotton is washable, the replaced filter material can be washed and rinsed and compressed with water or a solution containing neutral detergent. Air blow drying or cold drying, and then replacing it; allow up to two cleanings, that is, new filter cotton must be replaced, and for each cleaning, the filtration efficiency will be reduced by 15%; if the dust concentration in the environment is large, the service life cycle will be reduced.
